Payments

We use PayPal for processing your payment securely. You do not need an existing PayPal account, most credit and debit cards are accepted. PayPal allows you to pay without sharing any of your financial information with us and you can be sure that the transaction is safe.

Shipping

We stock what we sell in an effort to avoid any delays in your order being shipped to you. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom by Royal Mail and are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart before checkout by entering your address details. Please be aware that our shipping costs do not include any additional taxes, duties or other charges you may incur for shipments destined outside of the United Kingdom.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge VAT to all of our customers within the European Union. Customers outside the EU will not be charged any sales tax. Once your address details have been provided the appropriate taxes will be shown in your cart.

Order Status / Your Account

You can review your orders and check on the status of each order via “My Account“. Once logged into your account you can view all of your orders, manage your personal details, change your password and re-order previous orders.

Returns

Have an item you want to return?

.  Any items must be returned within 30 days of the shipped date.
.  Returned items must be unworn and with original tags and packaging in place.
.  Items that have been altered or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
.  Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you be in receipt of a faulty or damaged item please contact us stating the nature of the fault.
.  We will only refund items returned due to any manufacturing defects.
.  Other items returned will be for exchange only.
.  We will only refund the shipping costs on any items returned due to manufacturing defects.

 

Read the above and ready to move forward with a return, please do the following:

.  Contact us and include your order number (check your original order confirmation email) along with a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
.  Once your return has been approved we will provide you with the details on shipping the item back to us.
.  Returned items must be accompanied by your original number so that we can track the return properly.
.  We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method and that you retain proof of postage. Until we receive your returns, the items and their condition are your responsibility. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your return has been received.
